All went well. I had piled most of the stuff in the front garden, but they would have happily carried a lot out from the back garden if I had asked them to. They helped me carry 2 loads from the back garden. Not sure what would happen if I had to get rid of rubble etc though….would I have needed to put it into special bags? But they came when I wanted, and it turned out I had used less space than I had booked, so they charged me less! Very polite and helpful.

Excellent service. Easy to book both by phone and website. Only problem I have found is that I was not receiving receipts automatically by email (this may be due to a specific problem with my account) but even after 15 months I have been able to ring up and their accounts department have emailed me the receipt.

I cannot speak highly enough of Rubbish Removal Experts – they even recommended their rubbish clearance vehicle rather than a skip which meant I spent less money than I thought I had too. Polite, professional, punctual and most of all excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
